What is a Prepayment Plan?
Every client is offered a Prepayment Payment plan that can start as early as the day they book their session and can extend right through to the day before their session! For clients who wish to prepay for their images and products and would rather not prepay in one lump sum, we offer the option to break payments down into smaller bite sized payments either weekly, fortnightly or monthly, with the final payment coming in at least a day prior to the photo session. We set up payment plans via a phone call which you can book HERE or simply text the studio on 0400 551 445, email us at info@angeleyescreative.com.au or reach out through our Facebook page or in our group to get started! We will send you through a Prepayment Plan Agreement which outlines all the terms.
Am I required to prepay for my products?
No! You can simply show up to your Session and pay in full at your ordering appointment using cash, direct deposit or credit card, or apply for finance through Etika or Payright, however you will not receive any Bonuses that are offered for Prepayments.
Are payment plans available after the session?
Yes, however unless you qualify for finance or are able to pay in full via cash, direct deposit or credit card, you won’t be able to receive your images within 2 weeks of your ordering appointment. Only accounts that are paid in full are released. (Sorry no sneak peeks).
Can I qualify for a bonus gift if I do not prepay?
Bonuses are ONLY for Prepayment Plans. If you pay in full the day of your Ordering Appointment, you will not be able to take advantage of the bonuses. If you upgrade at your Ordering Appointment, additional bonuses are also not redeemable.
What if I like more images than I prepaid for when I’m at the ordering appointment?
You can absolutely upgrade your collection, however you wouldn’t qualify for the extra bonus gifts at that time, so keep that in mind when you’re setting up your prepayment plan.
I’m not sure I want to commit to a purchase before I see my photos.
What happens if I don’t like them as much as I think I will?
It’s completely normal to feel this way, but let me tell you you’re going to love your photos! If you do however want to downgrade your collection at the ordering appointment, we can issue a refund. Please note that if a refund happens, you will lose any bonuses associated with your prepayment and be charged for any bonuses already redeemed. Please also note that refunds cannot be issued after the ordering appointment has passed.
What’s the deadline to qualify for bonus gifts?
Bonuses are only valid for clients whose prepayments are paid off prior to their ordering appointment.
Which types of prepayment do you accept?
Payment plans can be paid directly into our account via direct deposit, or we can organise payments to be made via credit card through Square.
Can I make additional purchases or change my order at a later date?
We do not archive your images after your ordering appointment. Therefore, you will not be able to return and order additional images. Due to the custom nature of orders, an order cannot be changed or cancelled once it is in production. Images not purchased at the Ordering Appointment will be deleted.
What happens to the images I do not purchase?
We delete them after your ordering appointment.
